  • Is a deposit required for scheduling an appointment?
    Yes, UniquelyNatural does require a 20% deposit of your service cost. It is NON Refundable and is applied to your ending balance.
  • What is your refund policy.?
    UniquelyNatural does not give refunds.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    UniquelyNatural has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Should you cancel on the day of your scheduled appointment you will be assessed a fee of 50% of your service cost.
  • When I book a service what is included?
    UniquelyNatural services include shampoo, conditioner and braiding hair. (This Excludes Sales) Any additional services must be selected at time of booking.
  • For children, what ages do you service?
    UniquelyNatural services children ages 1 through 12. Children over the age of 12 are considered an adult. Children are required to be able to sit still.
  • Am I allowed to stay while my child is being serviced?
    No, children are to be brought in and dropped off. Parents will be contacted when services are completed. For FIRST TIME clients ONLY parents are allowed to wait until the child is completely in my chair.
  • When will Uniquely Natural skincare line drop?
    Our skincare line will drop summer of 2023.
